Special Order Shipping/Return Policy

We understand that the shipping delay is important for our customers. Therefore, we always use our best efforts to ship products that you order as soon as possible.. 

Special Orders generally...

• take 3-5 days after placing your order before they are available to ship.
• make take upto 7 days to arrive after shipping, unless choosing expedited shipping.
• are not covered under our standard return policy.

Details and other options...

If needed, you can select the expedited shipping method at checkout. This will get your order to you much faster. However, if you need to receive special order items by a specific date please contact us. We can work with you and possibly make special arrangements at no additional charge to meet your date requirements.

Due to the nature of "Special Orders", they are not covered by our standard return policy. These items are acquired for each specific order and non-returnable on our end - thus we do have a non-returnable policy on these items. If any of these items are damaged or defective you can promptly receive replacements directly from the manufacturer. We would gladly assist you in this process should the need arise.
